Washington (Derek) 10 - Texas (Roel) 17
Down 17 - 10 in the 4th, Washington drove down the field to reach the Texas 20 yard line. On a subsequent dive play, two Texas defenders combined to injure the Derek's starting halfback. Down to his second string back and facing 4th and 10, Washington threw a goal line interception with 1:49 left in the game.
Seven of the eleven games in this season have been decided with less than two minutes to go in the game.
The win means that my Texas team will finish the regular season no worse than third in the standings. A week five win versus Danny and will lock me into the first seed unless Gil loses to Chad.
Derek can finish the regular season as high as third if a) Derek beats Mike, b) Chad beats Gil and c) Danny beats Roel. In any other case, Derek would finish fourth.
If Danny beats Chad in the week 4 game, he locks himself into fifth and locks Chad into sixth. If Chad wins, Danny finishes sixth and Chad finishes fifth.

Playoff Tiebreakers
It's not unlikely that four players will finish the season with the same record. In the event that this happens, we'll revert to the rules that we established before the start of the season. To refresh everyone's memory, here are the tiebreakers:
Team ratings will only be used if the head to head cannot resolve the tie. For example, if Mike, Gil and I finish with a 4 - 1 record, then the finishing position will be determined by the tiebreaker rules. Since Gil beat Mike, Mike beat me, and I beat Gil, the head to head records are also tied. Going to the second tiebreaker, we'd end up with me (team rating 89) winning the tie break, Gil (team rating 94) in second and Mike (team rating 96) in third.
Now I feel like a genius for having team ratings as the second tiebreaker.
The higher seeded team will host each game.
- Head to head records
- Team rating (Lower ratings winning the tiebreak)
- Point differential.

Oklahoma (Mike) 20 - Florida (Gil) 25
Feast or famine for Mike's air attack as OU passed 17 times for 257 yards, two touchdowns and four interceptions. If you remove the four picks, OU averaged over 19 yards per attempt. Compare this to the league average is about 8 yards per pass attempt.
With five games left in the season, four teams are still in the hunt for the number one seed.
